Educational Grants Availability
The ECM Provider START PROMOTION offers a limited number of educational grants allocated to the following professional categories:

Physicians specialized in:

• Cardiology
• Electrophysiology
• Anesthesiology

Grants are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability for each accredited training event.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through this form by May 22nd, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for grant allocation, applicants must:

• Be licensed Medical Doctors holding a permanent position
• Preferably hold a specialization in one of the disciplines for which the training event has received EACCME/CME accreditation

Educational Grant Coverage
The Educational Grant may cover a maximum amount of:

• €1,000.00 – HCP Registration Only
• €3,000.00 – HCP Full Package

Important Information
The grant covers:

• Registration fees
• Travel expenses (economy class airfare or train)
• Accommodation for a maximum of 2 nights in a 4-star hotel (single occupancy)

Each grant is capped at the maximum value of the selected educational grant package. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the direct responsibility of the healthcare professional, subject to prior verification with the PCO/Provider.

Selection Criteria & Process
Applications will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the event based on the following criteria:

• Availability of educational grants
• Verification of eligibility requirements
• Principle of fair regional/national distribution

Start Promotion Srl may contact Healthcare Institutions, if required, and will select Healthcare Professionals who meet the eligibility criteria to benefit from the Educational Grant.
